Most Personalized

1:1 Coaching (In-Person or Online)

This is the most personalized way to work with me. You get workouts built specifically for your body, your limitations, and your goals. You get mindset coaching integrated into every session. And you get someone who has spent 12 years learning the patterns of this journey, applying that knowledge directly to your situation.

In-person sessions are available at my private studio in Colorado. The private setting means no crowded gym, no feeling watched, no intimidation — just focused work in a space designed for you.

Online coaching is available anywhere. You receive personalized workouts through my coaching platform, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me between sessions. The same level of attention and customization, delivered wherever you are.

Structured Start

The 3 Month JumpStart

A structured 3-month program built around the three pillars of bariatric success: exercise, nutrition, and mindset. This is for people who want a clear, comprehensive starting point with professional guidance the whole way.

You get 36 custom workouts built for your specific needs and limitations, delivered through my online coaching platform. Personalized meal plans that are bariatric-friendly, family-friendly, and actually taste good. Monthly deep-dive video calls and weekly check-ins. And integrated mindset work, because your head and your body are the same project.

Ideal for people in the first year after surgery, or who have hit a plateau and need a structured reset.

Flexible

Online Training

If you want professional guidance but on a more flexible schedule, online training gives you personalized workouts on my coaching platform with regular check-ins. You train on your schedule, at your gym or at home, and I adjust your programming based on your progress and feedback.

This is a great option for people who are further along in their journey and want ongoing programming without the full structure of the JumpStart or the frequency of 1:1 sessions.

The Maintenance Phase Playbook

A self-paced course for people who are 6–12 months post-op and hitting the wall that nobody warned them about. The motivation has faded, the weight loss has slowed, and you're supposed to just keep going on your own.

This course gives you the systems, strategies, and frameworks I've built from 12 years of coaching people through exactly this phase. No fluff. No generic advice. Specific problems with specific solutions, grounded in research and real-world experience.
